Leak detection and repair
Find where the water actually starts, then open only what has to be opened.
Six things, done properly, for homes across Tacoma and Pierce County. Every one of them starts with finding out what is actually happening before anything is replaced.
Find where the water actually starts, then open only what has to be opened.
Clear the blockage, then find out why it happened.
Diagnose, repair or replace — planned around the space you already have.
Faucets, toilets, showers and disposals, installed so the next person can service them.
When the pipe itself is the problem, replace the run rather than the leak.
Burst lines, active leaks and no-water calls, handled first.
The common thread across all six is that we would rather spend an hour finding out than an afternoon replacing the wrong thing. A leak traced properly is a small repair; a leak guessed at is a wall. A drain cleared without a camera pass is a call you will make again in eight months.
That approach costs a little more attention at the start and considerably less money over a decade. It also means we will sometimes tell you that nothing needs doing yet, which is the part of the job that earns the next call.
Yes, there is a service call and diagnostic fee, quoted before we come out. If you go ahead with the repair on the same visit it is credited against the work.
Yes. Our Washington contractor registration is shown in the footer of every page, and we carry general liability coverage. Ask for the certificate at any time.
Our work is residential — single-family homes, townhouses and small multi-family. Commercial systems are a different license class and a different skill set, so we refer that work to people who do it every day.
