Tacoma
Craftsman and pre-war stock with original side sewers.
Six areas across Pierce County and the South Sound. The housing stock changes a great deal between them, and so does the work.
Craftsman and pre-war stock with original side sewers.
Post-war single-story and slab foundations.
New-build South Hill alongside a historic downtown.
Wells, septic and long private supply runs.
Sloped lots and split-level drainage.
Seventies and eighties tract housing.
A slab foundation in Lakewood and a 1912 basement in Tacoma’s North End present the same leak completely differently — one is found acoustically and often solved by re-routing overhead, the other is visible from underneath in ten minutes. A property on a private well in Gig Harbor has a pressure system a city house does not have at all.
That is why these pages exist separately rather than as one list of towns. If your home is not in one of them, call anyway.
Our working radius is roughly Pierce County and the southern edge of King County. Inside it there is no travel surcharge and the service call rate is identical wherever you are — a job in Gig Harbor is priced exactly as a job six streets from the shop.
Outside it we will still take the call, but we will say plainly whether the drive makes sense for the size of the job. A twenty-minute cartridge swap ninety minutes away costs you more in travel than in plumbing, and there is usually someone closer we can point you to.
Active leaks, total loss of water, and sewage backing up into the house are same-day wherever we can reach, and we will tell you on the phone if someone closer will get there sooner. Routine work is normally two to three business days out, booked into a real window rather than an all-day one.
